Grading and excavation set the tone for everything that follows. We shape the ground — cutting, filling, leveling, and correcting elevations — so your build, driveway, and drainage all start on a solid, properly sloped site.
Before anything gets built, the ground has to be shaped. Rough grading establishes the overall contours — cutting high spots, filling low ones, and setting slopes so water drains away from where you'll build.
Excavation is more than digging a hole. It's moving the right material the right distance, at the right depth, without disturbing what should stay put.
Finish grading is where a lot turns from "roughly level" into "actually buildable." We fine-tune elevations to tolerance so foundations, pads, and pavement sit on ground that's flat where it should be and sloped where it must be.
Grade and water move together. A site shaped for drainage stays dry under the house, along the drive, and across the yard. We grade with water movement planned from the start — so drainage, access, and the build all work as one system.
Before we move dirt, we measure it. Drone surveying and 3D elevation mapping show us exactly what the ground is doing — so the grade we cut is the grade the project actually needs.
